1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after your order is confirmed. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
2. Shipping Policy
We offer free standard shipping within the USA and Europe. Estimated delivery times are:
- USA: 7 business days
- Europe: 15 business days
International shipping is available to select countries. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination.
3. Return & Exchange Policy
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Please contact us before returning any items. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item, please return your original item and place a new order.
4. Refund Policy
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.
6. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. After this window, your order may already be in production or shipped and cannot be cancelled.
